There are dozens of theories and programs to help you lose weight, but it all still boils down to the same simple concept: when wanting an ideal weight, calories out must be equal to or greater than than calorie intake.
Therefore, the calorie count is expected to control the number of calories consumed by the body. Doing exercise with a calorie counter tools on fire, was equally important to do.
Everything felt easy, but in reality it's not so easy when done. If you feel that way, a recent study conducted by Brigham Young University and published in the scientific journal Advances in Obesity, Weight Management & Control, found an easier way to lose weight. Rather than bother counting calories with a mathematical formula, the researchers advise you to calculate the amount of bribes during meals.
In the study, researchers recruited 61 participants. They were asked to count the number of mouthfuls and sips of water every meal for a week. Afterwards, participants were asked to reduce bribes as much as 20-30% over the next four weeks without changing your lifestyle or diet. At the end of the experiment, 41 participants who passed 4 weeks with a mouthful reduction dining experience weight loss of about 2 kilograms.
"Reducing mouthful was able to reduce more calories than the other way as we do. The good news is, you do not need to cut calories in the extreme, a reduction of 20% on a mouthful is enough to make a difference, "said study author Ben Crookston.
"In fact, there are already applications on smart phones that can help you calculate the amount of bribes during meals. That would be very helpful, "he continued.
